I grew up in a household affected by Autism. The word was an everyday part of my vocabulary long before I really knew what it meant. During this 25 year journey, I've seen trends come and go. Some have worked and some haven't. I'm passionate about diet, exercise and relaxation. We are what we eat. My brother's behaviour is affected more by his diet than anything else. Watching this over many years has made me passionate about changing it. I wanted to help others strip it back to basics. A healthy diet, good exercise, plenty of fresh air and relaxation. I believe using these techniques can help those affected by Autism live a happy and productive life. The world can be a noisy, confusing and frustrating place at times. Here at Natural we offer a quiet, relaxed and happy place to be.
